Canada Day Parade, Westville, NS
Clan Thompson Pipe Band has made it a tradition to participate in our community's July 1st Canada Day Parade every year. Usually we make a massed band by joining other bands from our community including members from Na Gaisgich Pipes & Drum Band and Cadet Pipes & Drums. Come on out and enjoy the awesome sounds we add to the
parade!
Lobster Carnival, Pictou, NS
Since 1934, the Pictou Lobster Carnival has become a signature event in Nova Scotia. This three day festival celebrates the end of the lobster fishing season in the area, Maritime culture and music. Clan Thompson Pipe Band has enjoyed participating in the parade & concerts at this venue.
St. James Concert, Antigonish, NS
Join us at the St. James United Church in Antigonish where we kick off Highland Games week in Antigonish along with other guest performers.
Antigonish Highland Games, Antigonish, NS
Every year, Clan Thompson Pipe Band joins a large number of other bands from across Canada & USA who come to compete in bands & solo competitions, marching in the Opening Ceremonies Parade. Be sure to come celebrate with us at this event.
Judique Parade, Cape Breton, NS
Clan Thompson Pipe Band has been proud to participate in the Judique on the Floor Days celebrations in Cape Breton for over a decade. The festival celebrates the rich history of music and storytelling in the area.
Sydney Mines Highland Games, Cape Breton, NS
The Sydney Mines Highland Games Cultural Society has worked hard to commission a highland games for the area. It has been the band's pleasure to support them with our music as they continue to grow the event, which includes sports competitions, dance displays, and various musical performances.
Remembrance Day, Antigonish, NS
Every year, Clan Thompson Pipe Band proudly stands with Antigonish as they observe the Remembrance Day Ceremonies, participating in the parade from the Royal Canadian Legion to the Cenotaph at the Columbus Field.
